Booking

How do I make a reservation?

Guests can email or call for direct booking. Guests may also use AirBnB - It's A Shore Thing

What information is needed to book a stay?

Copy of valid identification for adult guests; Names and contact information of adult guests; Signed agreement, if booking direct. If using Airbnb, guests will log in to their account.

Are there any discounts or special rates available?

Discounts vary and are currently listed at the Airbnb link.

Stay Information

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-In time is 3:00pm. If the cleaning staff have the unit prepared earlier, guests will be notified that they are able to check in earlier. Check-Out time is 10:00am.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, our minimum stay is 2 nights.

Can I extend my stay once I'm there?

Yes, this is allowable as long as there is not another reservation waiting.

Amenities & Facilities

What amenities are included with my booking?

We provide a long list of amenities! The condo is a bright, clean space that is equipped with a full kitchen (pots/pans, coffee maker, popcorn maker, blender, air fryer, etc.), linens and towels, and games and books. We also supply beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach cart, & beach blankets for your convenience.  New this year is  in-unit laundry for Guest convenience! This unit has recently been fully renovated and boasts a comfortable, for you to enjoy. Amenities at the complex include indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, hot tub and grilling area.

Do you provide beach equipment?

We provide folding chairs, cooler, beach cart, beach blanket and towels, and various beach toys and boogie boards.

Accommodation Details

Is smoking permitted on the premises?

No smoking or vaping in any form are permitted in the condo, on the balconies, or in the walkways. There is a designated smoking area outside.

What attractions are nearby?

All within a short drive, guests will delight in the attractions available such as Ripley's Aquarium; Deep Sea Fishing; Apache Pier; Myrtle Beach SkyWheel; Carolina Opry; Hollywood Wax Museum; The Alabama Theater; Broadway at the Beach; Outlet Shopping; Over 90 Golf Courses; Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show; Dolphin Cruises and so much more! 

Are there recommended dining spots close to the condo?

Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse, Portofino Italian Kitchen; Finn McCool's; Grecian Corner are just a few of the amazing local eateries.

How close is the nearest beach access?

Beach access is within 1 minute walk from the elevator in the lobby.

Policies

What is the cancellation policy?

Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

Are there any noise policies or quiet hours?

Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.

What is the policy on additional guests?

The condo has the capacity for a maximum of 6 people, no exceptions.

Safety & Security

What security measures are in place at the condo?

There is a nighttime security team on-site. Secure locks on unit doors are standard.

Are there any safety protocols for using the amenities?

No children should be left unattended and/or unsupervised.

Guest Services

Is housekeeping included or available upon request?

The unit is cleaned after every guest departs. There is a cleaning fee for every reservation. If a guest stays for a month or more, extra cleanings can be arranged, for a fee.

Are concierge services available for booking local activities?

Yes, arrangements for concierge services can be made.

Health & Cleanliness

What cleaning protocols are followed between guest stays?

This condo is thoroughly cleaned between every guest stay. Linens and towels are changed and laundered. The kitchen and bathrooms are scrubbed and left in sanitary condition. All surfaces are cleaned, including the floor. Dishes are cleaned and put away. Consumable products such as coffee, sweeteners and creamers are replenished. Toiletries, including toilet paper and facial tissues, are replenished. A vacuum and mop are provided in the event a guest needs to clear a spill.

Are there hand sanitizing stations available?

There is soap at every sink and clean towels.

Transportation & Parking

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes. Your parking pass must be hung on the rear view mirror.

Can you arrange airport transportation?

We cannot arrange transportation, but guests may do so.

What are the best ways to get around the local area?

By car. If guests are flying in, a rental car or Uber is suggested.

Miscellaneous

How is the condo equipped for families with children?

Outlet covers are available.  Guests will find a few toys and books for children as well.

Are there laundry facilities available?

Yes. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Paid laundry is on the north side of the 10th floor, just past the elevators. There are also laundry rooms on other floors.

Is Wi-Fi available and is it free?

Wi-Fi is available at no cost to guests.
